An OCN practice test, built to feel like the real exam
A full-length practice exam and study simulator for the 2026 OCN oncology nursing certification: two modes, a validated question bank, and printable paper versions.
Someone I know is studying for the OCN exam this year, the oncology nursing certification, so I built them a practice test. The real exam is 165 multiple-choice questions weighted across six subject areas, taken on a computer at a testing center. I wanted something that felt like that, not just a list of facts to memorize.
The site is at ocn.workstation4.com. It holds a bank of 300 questions, each tagged to one of the six subject areas and drawn in the same proportions the real test uses, straight from the 2026 ONCC blueprint. The part that took the most time was checking them. Every question gets a second pass to confirm the marked answer is actually correct, and that none of the other choices are secretly correct too, which is the quickest way to make a practice question useless. One answer was just wrong on the first pass (an extravasation question, warm compress versus cold), which is the whole reason you check.
There are two ways to use it. Tutor mode tells you right or wrong after each question, shows why, and keeps a running score, so it’s good for actually learning the material. Exam mode hides all of that and runs a three-hour clock, so it feels like the real sit-down test and you only see your score at the end. Both pull a fresh 165-question set each time, so you can keep taking it without grinding through the same order.
